If something on cpg.vc is wrong, tell us and it gets fixed. No argument, no form-filling ritual, no requirement that you explain who you are or why you care.
Email corrections@cpg.vc with the page and what is wrong. A source link helps but is not required — if you know a round was misattributed, misdated or never closed, say so and we will go back to the source ourselves.
What we correct. Wrong round attributions, wrong dates or amounts, rounds that were announced and then did not close, firms listed under a category they do not invest in, misspelled names, people who have left a firm, and anything else that is simply inaccurate.
What we will not remove on request. An accurate, sourced record of a funding round that happened. That a firm would prefer not to be listed is not a correction. If a round was reported in the trade press and we cite that reporting, the record stands — but we will happily add context, and a firm can claim its profile and edit its own mandate fields.
Removal requests. Individuals named on the site can ask to have their person record removed, and we will do it. Firms can ask to be delisted entirely; we will consider it, and we will tell you the answer either way rather than letting it sit.
Every profile carries the date it was last verified and the source its facts came from, so an error is traceable rather than mysterious. We would rather hear about one than not.
